Return & Refund Policy
Return Conditions
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to make a return. Please note the following conditions:
- Products must be in their original condition, with their labels and tags intact.
- The packaging must be intact and in its original condition.
- Returned items must show no signs of use or wear.
If the returned items do not meet these criteria, we will unfortunately not be able to accept your return. We also reserve the right to refuse any return if we find that the items have been used or damaged without our responsibility.
Shipping and Returns Tracking
To ensure fast and secure processing:
- Returned packages must be accompanied by a valid tracking code .
- Returns made without postal tracking are at your own risk.
- As a customer, you are responsible for return shipping costs , which are non-refundable.
Return Procedure
- Once your package is returned, we will notify you by email of its receipt.
- Your return will be processed within 7 business days .
- The amount corresponding to your purchase will be refunded directly to your account.
Cancellation of Order
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of its validation. Beyond this period, your order will be processed, and cancellation will no longer be possible.

Incorrect Article
If you have received an incorrect item , we will send you the correct product free of charge at no extra cost.
Refunds
Once we have received and processed your return, a refund will be issued within 7 business days . You will be notified by email once the process is complete.
Important : Returns are always at the sender's expense and risk. Be sure to follow the instructions mentioned carefully to avoid any problems.
