Return Conditions
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to make a return. Please note the following conditions:
Return conditions
- Unused and unopened products : You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the product is in its original packaging, unopened and still sealed in its blister pack .
- Products already used or opened : For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of products that have been opened, removed from their blister pack or used , even once.
If the returned items do not meet these criteria, we will unfortunately not be able to accept your return. We also reserve the right to refuse any return if we find that the items have been used or damaged through no fault of ours.
- Shipping and Returns Tracking
To ensure fast and secure processing:
- Returned packages must be accompanied by a valid tracking code .
- Returns made without postal tracking are at your own risk.
- As a customer, you are responsible for return shipping costs , which are non-refundable.
- Return Procedure
- Once your package has been returned, we will notify you by email that we have received it.
- Your return will be processed within 7 business days .
- The amount corresponding to your purchase will be refunded directly to your account.
- Return process and inspection
- Once your refund request is validated, we will provide you with instructions for returning the product.
- Upon receipt of the product, our team will carry out an inspection to verify the condition of the device and compliance with the claim.
If the device only has the defects mentioned in your claim, your refund will be initiated the same day. However, if another problem is found during the inspection, the warranty cannot be applied.
Cancellation of Order
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of its validation. After this time, your order will be processed, and cancellation will no longer be possible.

Incorrect Article
If you have received an incorrect item , we will send you the correct product free of charge at no extra cost.
Refunds
Once we have received and processed your return, the refund will be issued within 7 business days . You will be notified by email once the process is complete.
Important : Returns are always at the sender's expense and risk. Be sure to follow the instructions carefully to avoid any problems.
